EPAM solutions enhance Aeromexico's travel portal

December 13, 2004, Princeton, NJ – Aeromexico, the leading air carrier of Latin America, has re-launched its Web site with the support of EPAM Content Solutions. Running on BEA WebLogic Server and Tailored to communicate Aeromexico’s distinctive personality via its Internet travel portal at www.aeromexico.com, the site offers online travel-booking services integrated with products, promotions and operational information. Combining these services into its multi-language sites will extend the airline’s service commitment to the millions of passengers who fly annually to 159 destinations worldwide and enable it to penetrate deeply into burgeoning global markets for online travel.

“The ability to combine best-of-breed booking technologies with promotional and destination content will enable our customers to maximize return on investments in e-Commerce,” said Elaina Shekhter, Vice President of Business Solutions for EPAM. “Aeromexico can now more effectively create, manage, distribute and customize marketing content across multiple languages and geographies.”

The solution incorporates Datalex booking technology with EPAM’s suite of Content and Marketing tools including the EPAM CMS, Marketing Engine and Reporting Solutions running on BEA WebLogic Server. In addition to deploying the EPAM content suite, EPAM also worked with Aeromexico on the design of the new site as well as the next generation on-line vacation package catalog.
